Chipicas Town Houses by Alejandro Sanchez Garcia Arquitectos
Having an awesome and breathtaking house does not mean you must have a super large living place where you can even put the whole people of your neighborhood inside, no it does not go that way. For proving that notion, these Chipicas town houses by Alejandro Snachez Garcia Arquitectos will answer the questions related. The house is simply structured with open space style where almost 80% of the house is made of large windows/ glass wall. The hose is located Mexico at very green area. Completed in 2009, the house takes 720 sqm of area for its sitting place.
When seeing the house for the first time, somehow I remember the Japanese style especially when seeing the roof’s style and the boxed structure of the house. The designer left the frame exposed with dark brown color, completing the glassy walls. The house’s foundation is also unique since it has “ground clearance” from the ground.
Getting closer with the house
The house applied wooden materials heavily. All over the inside part of the house there are wooden materials that our eyes will see. It has two levels which are the first level where the guest space/ living space lies and also the second level where more private space is there. Like I have mentioned, the interior design is dominated with wooden look due to the heavy application of wooden materials. The flooring, the ceiling, even the bedding are all made of wooden materials. The view which is available from the second level is also quite fascinating where we can see the green area surrounding the house. The house is such a perfect role model for simple and sophisticated design with the natural touch of wooden materials which will make the entire design interior even more and more premium.
